The Woodbury Community Foundation commissioned a Community Needs Survey from Wilder Research (we sent 4,000 random surveys to 20,000 households in Woodbury) in 2009. We had several key community partners: 3M Foundation, the Greater Twin Cities United Way, and United Way of Washington County East and received endorsements from City of Woodbury and Washington County.
