The Woodbury Citizens’ Academy is a ten-week program that engages citizens in their community through knowledge and volunteerism.
Sponsored by the Woodbury Community Foundation, the City of Woodbury and the Woodbury Lions Club, the 2014 Academy will hold its first session on Tuesday, February 6, 2014. Weekly Tuesday evening sessions will conclude with graduation on April 10, 2014.
Instead of the Soiree Spooktacular, the Woodbury Community Foundation is putting on “Woodbury Does a Deal” this year for its annual major fundraiser. “Something different. Something fresh. Tickets are just $60; but $75 the day of the event.
