Registration for plots in 2024 will open on Wednesday\, Nov. 29.\n\n\n\n\n\nGrow your own vegetables and flowers while cultivating camaraderie with friends and neighbors in our community garden! \nThe Community Garden will provide Woodbury residents with an opportunity for positive social interaction and healthy eating habits. Studies have shown that gardening can improve mental well-being by reducing stress\, improving cognitive abilities\, providing a source of physical activity\, creating a sense of pride and accomplishment\, and providing opportunities for skills development. \nThis pilot project\, which kicked off in 2022\, is a partnership between the City of Woodbury and Woodbury Thrives. Locally-based civic groups and Woodbury residents are invited to participate in the community garden. \nThe garden will be located near Andy’s Bark Park\, 11664 Dale Road\, just east of Woodbury Drive. Parking will be available on site. Daily hours are from 6 a.m.-10 p.m. \nRegistration for summer 2024 garden plots will open Wednesday\, Nov. 29\, to Woodbury residents and Woodbury-based organizations.
