Community members gathered on May 10 for a groundbreaking ceremony for the new Angels of Hope Memorial site in Woodbury. The Memorial will be a special gathering place for parents who have lost a child too soon. Construction will be starting in June, and the first round of dedication plaques will be honored at a ceremony in August.
“We were honored to be a part of the dedication for our Angels of Hope Memorial – Woodbury MN! To have the community support in getting us to this point is heartwarming and we are beyond grateful. Thank you,” says Julie Rageth, one of the founding committee members.
Woodbury Community Foundation has partnered to be the fiscal agent for this project, and has provided support around the legal contracts, fundraising, online ordering and marketing.
