Keeping it Real: An Introduction to the Millennials
Millennials born between 1982-2001, also known as Generation Y, currently make up thirty six percent of the workforce and by 2020 will make up close to half of the workforce according to Forbes magazine.
As an employer, do you understand how to tap into the strengths of this generation? As a baby boomer, are you wondering why they often need more praise and explanation as to “why” things work?
In this informative and humorous presentation you will learn how to work more effectively with this bright, always-on, instant gratification generation.
In addition you will learn how:
- This generation’s beliefs, values and ideals were shaped
- To recruit and retain them in your business
- To engage them in community work
Diane Amundson’s dynamic, fun, and many times humorous presentations help effectively drive home the message of how to resolve conflict, improve workplace communication, and increase productivity.
