One Woodbury was one week ago – another great Woodbury Celebration.
This open-air sanctuary at Ojibway Park was full of non-stop music, playfulness & JOY last weekend. It was an opportunity to learn life-enriching skills like music – playing, singing, dancing, cricket, acting, composing – -in between times to meet the neighbors, connect & talk about community & teamwork, ride bicycles, walk & let children dream about vibrant futures; and, then there was… the eating – lots of food trucks.
The whole day was mentored & nurtured by Woodburians with diverse backgrounds from all over the world.
Hats off to all the volunteers who made the day an extraordinary experience.
