Roger retired as Vice President of Strategy, Policy, Marketing & Communications for HealthEast Care System after a 38 year career with the organization. Community activities have involved governance roles with the Woodbury Economic Development Commission, Great River Greening, Woodbury Chamber of Commerce, Face to Face Health and Counseling Service, Cancer Benefit Fund, Transfiguration Catholic Church, the Northern Star Council of Boy Scouts of America, among others. He, wife Nancy and daughter Megan have lived in Woodbury since 1991. He was Woodbury Citizen of the Year in 2008.
