He is a Registered General Securities Principal and holds the Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designations. He earned his BA from Gustavus Adolphus College. He also serves on the Board of Trustees for Tradition Foundation. He and his family have lived in Woodbury for more than 10 years.
