WCF Commitment to Anti-Racism Work

Last night at the Woodbury Community Foundation’s Board of Directors meeting, we discussed how we can work to improve our contribution to anti-racism work in our community.

We have work to do.

The Woodbury Community Foundation recognizes that racial inequality is connected to issues of food insecurity and homelessness and many other needs that we currently address, however we need to improve how we call this out explicitly in our work and grow our capacity to do more.

Our Executive Committee is taking action to explore how we can improve our commitment to anti-racism and make recommendations to our Board and the community.

Please let us know if you’d like to be part of the conversation.
