The semi-annual Angels of Hope Ceremonies will be held on the following days:

COST

The cost of a remembrance plaque is $250. Contributions above $250 would be greatly appreciated to cover the ongoing expenses of the memorial. Donations over $250 may be tax deductible.

MEMORIAL PLAQUE ORDER FORM

In the memorial garden, you will find signs with individual plaques with names of children being honored by family and friends. New plaques are added to the memorial in a special ceremony twice a year. Follow us on Facebook - Angels of Hope Memorial - Woodbury MN for event information.

Each plaque includes up to three lines of engraving with up to 30 characters per line. Spaces, numbers, dashes, etc. count as a character. Lines are automatically spaced and centered by the engraver. Please use standard punctuation.
