Interested in public service and giving back to the community? The Woodbury Community Foundation is led by a volunteer Board of Directors. Board Members are elected to serve 3-year terms. Board Meetings are held six times a year. Board Members are required to sit on at least one Standing Committee.
Board Meetings are generally held on Thursday evenings from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., on the third Thursday of the month. Our Fiscal year begins July 1- June 30. All terms will be for three years. No person may serve more than three consecutive three-year terms except after an absence from membership of one year.
