Integrity & Ethics
We commit to acting with honesty, fairness, and professionalism in all decisions and interactions. Directors are expected to uphold conflict of interest, confidentiality, and ethical governance standards while always prioritizing the mission and best interests of the Foundation and the community we serve.
Financial Stewardship
We commit to responsible oversight of all charitable assets entrusted to the Foundation. This includes maintaining sound financial policies, ensuring appropriate internal controls, monitoring investments and grantmaking, and protecting donor intent so community resources create lasting impact.
Transparency & Disclosure
We commit to open and accountable operations by sharing financial information, governance policies, annual reporting, and organizational updates with the public. We believe transparency builds confidence and strengthens relationships with donors, volunteers, nonprofit partners, and the broader community.
