WCF Community Grants: Make a Difference in Woodbury

Woodbury, MN – Aug. 10, 2018 – The Woodbury Community Foundation (WCF) is once again proud to offer Community Grants to support and invest in local nonprofits which are making a difference in our community. WCF will be accepting grant applications from Aug. 15 to Sept. 21, 2018.

“The Woodbury Community Foundation has worked hard to address the needs of those who live and work in Woodbury,” said Lori Nelson, WCF Executive Director. “The new 2018 Community Grants Program will help fund nonprofits, which are making a real difference in real people’s lives.” WCF will give special consideration to funding nonprofit projects that address one of
four strategic focus areas that have been identified by the community as areas of local concern in 2018. They include:

 Improve community health and well-being
 Reduce hunger, especially for underserved local families
 Increase public safety
 Expand youth development
